Perimenopause is real(ly awful)
New Year, New me! It's not the new me we want to talk about. Body changing in the most challenging way! I heard one call it "reverse puberty," and it's awful, whatever you call it. While this might be a great looking selfie, it's not the whole picture, and not just my bod,y but what's in my head and my emotions. If you know, you know. I've been doing a lot for my health. Mostly trying so many different things that I am now confused and not too discouraged, but surely disappointed and semi-desperate. We'll see how things go in the next few months as I try to take the holistic approach I can, but we'll see. Stay tuned, and I will do my best to post! Love, Jackie
