Change while staying the same

Image
This have been a theme of mine before! I am adjusting but still focused on health, wellness, and living my days as best as I can! Weekly I check in with a group I am NOT hosting! This is a wonderful Change for me!  So far I am averaging a pound lost a week and I need that knowing how much I let it go during the Pandemic of 2020!  So I am still a Team Beachbody Coach. I still drink daily shakes. Workouts are on my time, my way but it's still BOD!  What's your choices for you this year? Get focused, stay focused and DO IT!

Still GOING and going as strong as I can in a Pandemic!

I will pick and choose the parts that I know in need. I appreciate your prayers in this addition to my awesome ...

In 2012, I greatly changed my eating, in 18 months, I had lost 101 lbs the healthy way. I made sure I still had three meals, they were great portions is full of the nutrients that I needed. My doctors were very impressed with my numbers in fact one even got out of pen and paper and asked me what I was doing. Lol... no more blood pressure medicine, no more PCOS symptoms, no more IBS symptoms, it was amazing!! 2015, I added fitness for long-term maintenance. I'm glad I did because it opened up a supportive community and the support that I gained increased success of health goals because when you lose that much weight and your family/friends don't lose any, it definitely changes some Dynamics. Lacking support. It just does. But when I work out, my body tends to gain muscle. I lifted a lot of weight in high school and ...
