  For me, I start working out, and I gain weight. Muscle and burn fat! See the dots after the yellow line. At least I'm maintaining. 🤪 🤣 🤭 😊 👍 Back story... In 2012, I greatly changed my eating, in 18 months, I had lost 101 lbs the healthy way. I made sure I still had three meals, they were great portions is full of the nutrients that I needed. My doctors were very impressed with my numbers in fact one even got out of pen and paper and asked me what I was doing. Lol... no more blood pressure medicine, no more PCOS symptoms, no more IBS symptoms, it was amazing!! 2015, I added fitness for long-term maintenance. I'm glad I did because it opened up a supportive community and the support that I gained increased success of health goals because when you lose that much weight and your family/friends don't lose any, it definitely changes some Dynamics. Basic muffin in a mug recipe

Suggestion for breakfast or snack.  This is the basic recipe. http://allrecipes.com/personal-recipe/63188014/healthy-minute-muffin-in-a-mug Additional notes: Use a larger than normal mug for best results or you can experience mug overflow. Microwave for 1 minute, if you still see it looking wet or dry, then add 20 seconds at a time until you think it's well cooked. I forgot to add that you can eat it in the mug as is or  pop it out of the mug onto a plate and slice it.  You can top it with coconut oil or Nutiva shortening which is a  delicious butter. If you are not there yet then you can top it with a sugar free jelly or marmalade. Or you could top it with honey if your body can handle sugar. Other items to try would be to top it with a nut butter like almond butter or macadamia butter or cashew butter. As you can tell, you can get real creative process and never make it boring.

New Year - 2023 - Let's Do this!

 Woah it has been a while but I have not stopped being concerned for my health and for others. I still watch what I eat and encourage others to do the same. Then I need to get more active. Since last summer, it has not been the best. Walking more has been my current goal. How about you? This is a photo of me and my girls.
